Dubai is where the company started. In 2004 Future Life entered the market through property brokerage — working directly on transactions, with owners, buyers, developers and investors, through a period in which the Dubai property market changed very fast.
That is where the company's understanding of real estate was formed: not from reports, but from being in the room while deals were done, and seeing which ones held up afterwards.
Dubai remains part of how we look at property today, and part of what clients come to us for when they are considering the market.
